Devine Chocolate

I came across a rich decadant chocolate brownie recipe on a forum today that is from Annabel White. It is called Pandoro Chocolate Brownie and I tried it out today. OMG it is so yummy and very quick to make just have to wait out the cooking & cooling time to eat some.

Here is the recipe 🙂

Pandoro Choclate Brownie – Annabel White

 Ingredients
100g cocoa
200g butter melted
400g or 2 cups caster sugar
4 eggs
1 tspn vanilla
90g flour or just under 3/4 cups
1tspn baking powder
200g chocolate chips

METHOD
Sift cocoa into a large mixing bowl. Add melted butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
Mix to a smooth paste. Sift in flour and baking powder, and then add chocolate chips. Pour mixture into a 20cm x 30cm swiss-roll tin.
Bake in a preheated oven at 150c for 65mins.

I used standard sugar today and it is fine so would be interested to see what difference castor sugar makes.
